MELBEC LUX Lashes has no exchange policy. Therefore, there is *NO REFUNDS*. 

Return Policy

  • Due to hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • We do make exceptions. If for any reason eyelashes are damaged please let us know immediately within 7 days of purchase. 

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items from your mailbox. After it has been scanned and delivered, you are responsible for it.
